Let's talk about weekdays when you probably spend the least amount of time on yourself.
Most of us have 8-hour work day, and usually we spend an hour or two hours to get to office and back to home. If we consider that a person needs to sleep around 7 or 8 hours, so we have 4 hours that we somehow can dedicate to ourselves (and we don't even include time with family or friends, for sport, hobby, etc).
Even in this case we can do a lot of things during a day to reach wholeness.
Let's break first a weekday into 3 parts:
1.Morning hours before work
2.During work
3.Evening hours after work
In all these three parts we can find at least 2 minutes for ourselves and for nature. As nature is the core of philosophy of Wholeness in the city. Interacting with nature consists of different kind of elements that we can choose for a specific day and practice.
Let's observe all of them!
